Group 6A Piping Project

PROPOSAL: Tumalo Irrigation District, Group 6A Piping Project The work contemplated consists of, but is not limited to the following major items as further defined in the Proposal Documents: o Furnishing, welding, installation and testing of approximately 12,510 LF of 48" Solid-Wall Pipe, welded side-saddle turnouts and delivery assemblies ranging from 1" to 20" in diameter, o Furnishing and installing a pressure reducing assembly, o Associated mobilization, selective demolition, tree removal, trenching, earthwork, backfill, compaction, surface restoration, other restoration, o Coordination of utility locate, utility relocations as necessary, coordination with Owner and Owner's Engineer, and furnishing and installing all other associated meter assemblies, stub turnouts, air and vacuum valve assemblies, valves and valve cans, and appurtenances necessary to provide a complete project, ready for irrigation delivery. All pipe and materials for the project will be supplied by the Contractor. Substantial completion of all work included in the contract agreement must be attained by March 31, 2023. Liquidated damages of $2,000.00 per day for the first 10 days and $10,000.00 per day thereafter shall be assessed should the contractor fail to achieve substantial completion within the time allowed. Ditch rider road restoration, demobilization from the site and all closeout and punch-list items are to be completed by April 30, 2023. Any Proposer may withdraw its Proposal prior to the time of Proposal opening and no Proposer may withdraw its Proposal after the time of Proposal opening.
