| Description | PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Bid is to establish additional contracts for furnishing aggregates and sand materials for all requesting State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members, on an as needed basis to increase contract coverage throughout the counties the State. These contracts are for materials to be picked up only. Contractors currently on contract A-234(5) need not submit a response to this Request for Bid. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Craig Fernholz, Buyer, via email at craig.fernholz@state.mn.us by December 20, 2022, no later than 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFB, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time |
