Description

PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND This is a turnkey project. The University is seeking a qualified contractor to: Renovate existing AKA plot. Install footings, curbing, hardscapes, benches/seating, concrete pads, interlocking pavers, tree removal and new tree installation, mulching, grading/leveling, reseeding/fertilizing/ and straw. Level area to the appropriate grade to ensure drainage and installation of hardscapes/pavers purchased by the customer are installed according to code.
