Description Scope of Work: Perform routine and emergency repair services ofthe plumbing systems at the buildings listed herein. Routine and emergency plumbing services are as defined in MGL CI42 1 as the work and practice, materials and fixtures used in the installation, removal, maintenance, extension, and alteration of a plumbing system; of all piping, fixtures, fixed appliances, and appurtenances in connection with any of the following: sanitary drainage, storm drainage facihties, special wastes, the venting system and the public or private water-supply systems, within or adjacent to any building, structure, or conveyance; to their connection with any point ofpublic disposal or other acceptable terminal within the property line. Contract Term: The contract term shall start upon award through November 1,2018 to October 31, 2019 with the option to extend for two additional one year terms: November 1, 2019 to October 31,2020 and November 1,2020 to October 31,2021 Work Locations: Schools: 1.
