| Description | Furnish and install all necessary materials, labor, tools, and supplies to complete Restroom Renovation Projects. 1. Project to include all materials, tools, supplies, storage, freight, design, and labor for the work to be completed. 2. Remove old counter tops, sinks, faucets and associated fixtures. 3. Remove existing toilets, urinals, lavatories, and associated fixtures and accessories and reinstall. 4. Remove existing laminate partitions and hardware. 5. Remove existing wall, base, and floor tile. 6. The floor tile shall be replaced with new premium quality commercial tile. 7. Install new tile backer board and new wall and base tile five feet up from the floor. Caulk all finish areas with premium quality minimum 15 year caulk. 8. Install new counter tops, new under mount porcelain sinks, and new permanent powered commercial grade sensor faucets and soaps dispensers. 9. Replace the existing toilets and urinals. Supply new, hardwired commercial grade sensor flush valves for each. New toilet seats to be included for all toilets. 10. Install new solid partitions that are the same style and configuration as the existing. The Parks Manager shall select the color and finish. New hardware to be furnished. 11. Retrofit all fluorescent lighting fixtures to comparable LED lighting. 12. New LED wall fixtures to be supplied and installed. 13. New sensor lighting switches to be furnished and installed. 14. New sensor electric hand dryers to be supplied and installed for each restroom. 15. Paint all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim of the Men's and Women's restrooms. 16. New baby changing tables to be installed, including wall repairs, in all restrooms. 17. All carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, tile, and associated work necessary will be included in this project. Additional electrical circuits may be required: 1. Disposal of the old materials to be included. City to retain fixtures as needed. 2. Job site to be kept clean and restrooms to be professionally cleaned at the end of each work day 3. Supply new signage for each restrooms 4. Provide a full 12 month warranty on materials, labor, and workmanship. | ||||||||||||||||
