| Description | This is a non-personal services contract to provide for the sandblasting and painting of large-scale projects located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ensley Engineer Yard (EEY), 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109 as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform sandblasting and painting of primarily metal substrates as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The USACE, Memphis District intends to award a minimum of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. The period of performance for the BPAs will be five (5) years from the effective date. |
