2021 Sidewalk Replacement Program

Program Area – South of the River Raisin, Harrison Street west to the westerly City line. This project consists of sidewalk and other concrete replacement within the City limits within the designated “program area” such that the majority of work will be performed in a concentrated geographic area, though there are also some scattered sites within the City limits where complaints have been brought to the City’s attention during the past year. In addition, in order to address utility breaks and other service work, there may be some additional locations outside of the City limits within the City’s Water and Sanitary Sewer Utility Service Area where spot replacements will be required, and additional locations may be included after contract award based on continuing needs and new utility breaks and complaints that are brought to the City’s attention.
