Contractors are asked to submit a quotation for the Random Crack Sealby Polymers/Crumb Rubber & Fiber Reinforcing Method - ContractPW-22-23 to furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of filling and sealing cracks on various town roadways in Tewksbury, Massachusetts between the periods from 6/1/22 - 10/15/22 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Liquidated damages : ) Contractor shall pay Owner $500.00 per day for each calendar day of delay until the Work is complete.
