The Design-Build Firm is responsible for providing all final approved construction documents. In addition to final construction documents, the Design-Build Firm shall provide and furnish all construction activities, utility coordination, tolls, equipment, supervision, labor, materials, rentals, subcontractors, profit, overhead, and any other costs related to the Project.
