Description

Reference Number 0000315022 The Town of North Kingstown owns, maintains, and utilizes a softball field at Ryan Park, located on Oak Hill Road in North Kingstown, RI. The Recreation Department has identified concerns with the field in which softballs are frequently batted over the backstop / adjacent chain link fencing into the neighboring lot and onto Oak Hill Road. Additionally, the existing chain link backstop is rusting and warping. All Questions Are to Be Submitted in Writing via Email to: Tim Mcdavitt, Purchasing / Finance: Tmcdavitt@northkingstownri.gov No Later Than Friday, April 7, 2023, at 4:00pm to Post Any Necessary Addendum in a Timely Manner. No Questions Will Be Accepted After This Date. The Town of North Kingstown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof; to waive any formality in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
