Description

This project consists of renovations to accommodate the relocation of an existing geriatrics clinic from Quintin Mease to approximately 1,700 sf in the Vallbona Health Center at 6630 De Moss Drive in Houston, TX. The work will included demolition of the existing dental clinic space, construction of new partitions, finishes, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations to support the new clinic. Finishes will include architectural woodwork, new vinyl composition tile, resilient base, paint and acoustical tile.
