Description

Work covered under this project consists of approximately 16,200 square feet of roof replacement under Base Bid and an additional 21,710 square feet under Alternate Bid. Demolition work includes removal and disposal of existing EPDM roofing membrane system and insulation down to the existing roof deck to remain including: associated gutters, fascia, wood blocking, and sheet metal trim/flashing. New work consists of new EPDM membrane system over new cover board, insulation and base sheet, new wood blocking, new sheet metal flashing, gutters, downspouts and fascia as well as other associated roof items.
