| Description | Any Contractor who wishes to be eligibile for the award of contracts with the City for specific demolition projects must first be approved by the City in order to be included on the Prequalified Demolition Contractor List ("PQDCL"). Contractor applicants must seek application through the City's Office of Management and Budget Procurement Unit by signing the enclosed Prequalified Contract. Placement on the PQDCL then permits a Contractor to submit bids for the award of City contracts for site-specific demolition projects, which will be memorialized in separate agreements. | ||
