Description

Acquisition Title: Replace Elevators P-14, P15, P-11 and S-12, Project No. 671-20-128 Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, Specifications, and Drawings. Project is located at the Audie L. Murphy VAMC 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, Texas 78229. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the Construction Project: $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220 ($16.5 Mil) Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on July 19, 2022 @ 9:00 am CST. All interested Contactors shall meet at the San Antonio VAMC Engineering Office. All Contractors attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit may be required to be COVID Screened to enter the facility. Please ensure you arrive early to allow enough time to go through screening. Picture ID and Face Mask will be required. Cut off for submission of RFI(s)/Questions shall be July 22, 2022 @ 1:00 PM CST. All RFI(s)/Questions must be emailed to the following email: joyce.mills@va.gov. Please include the solicitation No.36C25722B0027 on the subject line. RFI(s)/Questions must be submitted in word format. All Bidders must submit a Bid Guarantee as part of their Bid Package. Additionally, the Awardee must be able to obtain the necessary level of Performance and Payment Bonds. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. The Contracting Officer will confirm availability of funds prior to award of a contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
