RFP Engineering - The Roadway, Stormwater, and Utility Improvements for Yew Avenue

The City of Blaine is seeking submittals from firms interested in providing professional services to the Public Works Department to design the roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements for Yew Avenue, a local roadway, which sustained damage to the roadway side slope and the culvert during the record-breaking weather events in November 2021. The selected Consultant shall have thorough knowledge of City utilities and prior experience with FEMA related projects of similar scope and size. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this type of project. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. Upon consideration of the submittals, the City will negotiate final terms with the selected party. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
