| Description | All equipment, materials, and labor incidental and necessary to perform all the specified sampling requirements in accordance to all applicable laws and regulations. It shall be incumbent on the Contractor to observe and comply with all new laws and regulations enacted during the term of this contract. The sampling will involve both grab and composite water samples taken from specific sites from a number of selected Wichita industries as well as key manhole sites in the collection system for surveillance purposes. |
