Interior Remodel and Exterior Improvement Project

Work consisting of an interior remodel including all new Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and exterior improvement of new roof and exterior paint for an existing single story building. We are seeking a qualified General Contractor to perform the following: Exterior Improvements Clean all existing brick and stone facade, paint new and existing stucco areas, demolish and install new roofing throughout including gutters and downspouts. Interior Remodel existing interior space that includes new walls, storefront, millwork, flooring, ceiling, painting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as depicted on the drawings.

Division 08 -	Openings, Entrances and Storefronts.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Cement Plastering, Cement Stucco, Acoustical Ceilings.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
