| Description | • The purpose of this contract is to have a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment needed to perform to clean up electrical hazards located in the 32-interstitial area of the Loma Linda VA Hospital. The contractor shall install and replace missing covers on all electrical boxes and gutters in the interstitials. The contractor shall repair damaged electrical pipe. The contractor shall remove empty electrical pipe, flex, and electrical boxes. The contractor will fire stop all firewall penetrations not previously fire caulked in the interstitial with red 3M caulking type. The contractor will supply, remove, and install new LED 120V- 60W bulbs for 32 the interstitials. The contractor shall replace all damaged light bulb fixtures. Each interstitial has approximately 70 lights. This contact will cover all 32 interstitials spaces. |
