Description Scope of services for this project includes the complete replacement of the Riverton High School High Mass Boilers. 1. Replace the two boilers. 2. Replace boiler stacks and boiler drafter fans. 3. Replace existing circulation pumps, and gas train, domestic water make up and accessories. 4. Remove expansion tanks and replace with a single new expansion tank. 5. Remove existing main hot water piping to facilitate a primary-secondary piping configuration. 6. This will require the addition of new primary boiler pumps, electrical connections, and controls. 7. The existing control system is Johnson Controls Existing electrical panel has sufficient capacity to support the new pumps. 8. Replace the VFD's serving the existing pumps and make connection to new pumps and existing VFD housing. 9. Make adjustments to the existing lighting protection system.
