Cooling Tower Repairs at Criminal District Court

Furnish labor and materials to clean two each cooling towers as follows: - Drain cooling towers along with help from the EOD. - Replace 7.5 Hp VFD (only one) - Replace one each motor connecting box. - Replace motor and fan sheaves. - Replace shaft and bearings. - Replace belts. - Replace or repair (fabricate with new sheet metal) leaking hot water basins. - We will work with the City Engineering staff to perform all the attached Q and a open: July 4, 2023 1:30:00 AM Q and a close: July 7, 2023 2:30:00 AM All bids remain valid for 45 calendar days after the date to submit quotes Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City of New Orleans reserves the right: (1) to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis, or to the next lowest bidder as deemed in its best interest; (2) to reject any or all bids and/or items; and (3) to waive any informalities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
