Well No. 3 Building and Appurtenances

The Project consists of the following major elements: furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, and products for the construction of approximately 600 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances,turbidimeter, flowmeter, a masonry building, a 150 hp VFD, a manual transfer switch, related electrical and HVAC appurtenances, and a 200 KW natural gas generator. The Contractor shall coordinate the installation of a 2,100 gpm well pump and motor, which will be purchased by the Owner and installed by the pump supplier, National Water Services. Contractor shall furnish and install electrical service and controls for the pump and motor.
