Generator Control System Installation, U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division

This effort is to install upgraded controls for the hydropower generators and station service systems in powerhouses across the southeastern United States. The contractor will setup government furnished Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)cabinets. The contractor will be responsible for moving these RTUs to their permanent location and installing the wiring to the field devices. It may be necessary for the contractor to install courtesy pads, conduit, and cable tray to reach the instrumentation devices. The contractor will provide all cabling and labor necessary. The contractor will also procure and install new Level, Pressure, and Flow transducers throughout the project. The contractor may be required to make changes to governor and exciter programable logic controls. When logic changes are needed, an OEM certified technician will be required.
