| Description | Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repair. All bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Jasmine McKenzie via e-mail at jasmine.mckenzie@dsh.ca.gov and carbon copy (cc) aubreana.diaz@dsh.ca.gov by 4:00 p.m. on November 30, 2022. Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at jasmine.mckenzie@dsh.ca.gov and carbon copy aubreana.diaz@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements. |
