Description	The FRP is Marlite Color: P 151 Light Grey (Pebbled) instead of Almond No Plywood behind FRP in restroom, provide moisture resistance GWB. Remaining locations are as shown. Provide Keypad for Office Door 105. Add a water meter with remote access reading capability via, Bluetooth, wifi or an app on the car wash side of the backflow preventer. Add (1) 120v outlet mounted to each pay station canopy to accommodate fans for employees. Provide a broom finish at the tunnel slab. Provide electrical trough under the cabinets in lobby adjacent to the POS. Run the following conduits to cabinets in lobby: 1" conduits to each gate at the paystation islands. 1" conduits to the electrical room. 1" conduit to the pull box in the tunnel. " conduit to the office Door 109 entering the Equipment room to be 8' tall and Door 107 entering Utility room will be 7' tall with a 4" door head.
