Description	The owner is seeking proposals for engineering and construction services, including the supply of necessary materials not supplied by FKEC, labor, tools, and equipment. FKEC’s transmission lines span over 100 miles, however, the scope of this Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) project will concentrate on the water crossings with the exceptions of Long Key and those water crossings north of Key Largo along US 1/Overseas Highway. There are 115 concrete poles/multi-leg foundations and 29 guy stub pilings within these water crossings. The project is to provide hazard mitigation to the 115 transmission poles/multi-leg foundations and 29 guy stub pilings as identified in a previously performed inspection.
