| Description | Project consists of the roadway construction of 0.53 miles of roadways in Rainbow Park Units 1 and 2. This project includes clearing and grubbing the right of way, sod, limerock in lieu of stabilized subgrade, asphalt surface course, driveway apron construction, excavation of swales, ditch blocks, finish grading, sod, silt fence, construction layout and maintenance of traffic as described on plans. This project will also include asbuilt survey for this project and the project constructed in 2019. The new construction will occur on SW 140th Court from W HWY 40 to just north of SW 24th Street. |
