Description

Contractor shall provide Statewide waste disposal services to sample, complete appropriate analyses, transport, store, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste for the Department’s Office of Emergency Response (OER) as directed by OER (Service). OER becomes the generator of waste through abandonment and may generate waste as a result of containment and cleanup actions at emergency response sites. The services may also be requested for Department lab waste or other Department generated waste.
