Description

Demolition, site work, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Little Elm, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a 4,300-square-foot municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility. The Town of Little Elm is pursuing a request for qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) through a two-step process for the Public Works Service Center Expansion and Remodel. The Public Works Service Center Expansion and Renovation has an expected construction budget of $2 million dollars. The proposed project consists of modifications and an addition to the existing 9,700 square foot pre-engineered metal building structure. The successful vendor will work with the assigned architect on an expansion that includes an expansion of the existing structure of approximately 3,400 sqft and renovation of approximately 4,300 sqft with a construction budget of $2,000,000. Pricing shall not be included in offers submitted.
