| Description | Remove the old tile from wall around the bath tub. Repair any damage drywall/Plaster board behind old tile. Install a water tight surround, butting up to existing tile and onto the tub. Caulk all areas along contact points on the tub. Install bath fans in two bathrooms and vent to exterior of house. Replace all light switches through out the house with new toggle switches and plates. Remove storm door off the laundry room and replace with new storm door. Permits are required. |
