MCLB Albany Amphitheater Upgrade

Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany (MCLB Albany), GA has a requirement for the installation of new audio equipment for the Covella Pond Amphitheater. The AV/VTC equipment will provide professional quality and robust audio system upgrade with single point operation to facilitate the Covella Pond Amphitheater environment. The objective is for the contractor to remove existing AV equipment, provide and install a new streamlined audio system, speaker poles, and cabling to include one-year warranty on all cabling, hardware, software components and labor, and a one-year maintenance and service agreement in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). In addition to the warranty, maintenance, and service agreements, the contractor must provide a maximum of a four-hour onsite response time to any reported equipment malfunction or failure for a period of one year. 3.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Covella Pond Amphitheater, MCLB Albany, Georgia. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The Period of Performance (POP) for services rendered shall consist of one 12-month base. Actual POP dates will be provided at time of award. No option years are required under this contract POP 29-SEP-2023 TO 17-JAN-2024
