Casa Peralta Building

The scope of work includes evaluating the condition of Casa Peralta and help develop concepts of improvements to restore the structure and building grounds such that they are historically accurate for a building from the early 1900's. The design shall also identify work items related to repair and maintenance and also any improvements needed to comply with current law (e.g. the Americans with Disabilities Act). Depending on funding, this project may be completed in different phases. As of February 20, 2024, the project is on hold. A firm construction schedule has not been established.
