| Description | Metal Walking Canopies for Veterans Memorial Academy. The SBCISD is seeking bids for permanent awnings (replacement) for the Veterans Memorial Academy walkways. Starting at the main entrance building a and tie in building A and including each pod entrances. Each awning needs to meet current state and local building standards. The awnings need to be structurally sound and compliment the current structure. The awning for the West Side Bus Lane is approximately 370 linear feet (west side of school) should be the width of the sidewalk and as it currently stands. The Center awning (inner perimeter) should be as wide as the walkway which measures 1,708 linear feet. The awning on the East Side Bus Lane 193 linear feet. Coordination will need to take place with the SBCISD, Director of Maintenance. A total of approximately 48,339 sqft is expected. |
