The entire facility needs fire sprinkler system installed, which also requires the water line size increased to accommodate the buildout and the new system. The existing administrative area will add a lift, replace carpet and other minor work. The buildout areas will include a maintenance area, with bays for mechanics, overhead doors, storage/warehouse, breakroom area, additional restrooms, meeting room, offices, additional exterior doors and windows. Most site improvements will be under a separate contract. Full access to the facility will be provided. This project is not federally funded and will not require federal grant compliance.
