Description

Greenhouse Mechanical Ventilation Upgrades at Greenfield Community College, Greenfield, Massachusetts. consists of retrofitting the existing ~1000 SF single room Energy Neutral Greenhouse on the Greenfield Community College campus. These retrofits include replacement of existing operable windows with automatic control dampers, and controls. Installation of exhaust fans that will draw ambient outdoor air through the new dampers and exhaust the heated air back outdoors. As part of this project, the successful bidder shall provide new branch circuits to support all HVAC equipment including high and low ventilation louvers, as well as exhaust fans.
