Stucco Rehabilitation at the Recreation Center

1. Repair and fill all Flicker holes. Repairs should include the following: a. Remove all debris from hole b. Install proper backing material c. Seal all holes 2. Apply a true stucco overlay that is impervious to woodpeckers. Overlay shall: a. Closely match existing facility colors. b. Overlay should provide at a minimum a 5 year warranty that prohibits penetration from all birds and other wildlife. 3. Provide the price for applying the application from top of the windows to ground level in the following sections: a. Back side of building (east) there are at least 12 holes. The City will need to trim some of the trees for access. b. Inside gate area where waterslides exit out of building (east wall) c. Backside of gym area to climbing wall (west side of building) d. Lower half of the silo with add alt of entire silo. e. Playground area from back door of babysitting room (north wall above back door of babysitting room) f. South side of the building (by tennis court parking lot) g. Entire upper back area accessed by roof. Both lower and upper sections.
