The Contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project. The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time The County reserves the right to reject all bids, any non-responsive bid, and to waive any minor informality in any bid received. |
