The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates. The New Brighton Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough.
