| Description | Section 1 The work entails removal of existing cedar shake roof down to the roof sheathing (Approx 1OOSQ). Re-roof with Davinci Select Shake (Aged Cedar) All proposals shall be addressed to: Brian Jung, Public Works Superintendent Nick Hartwig, Public Works Building Maintenance Foreman City of Chaska 660 Victoria Drive Chaska, MN 55318-1962 All proposals shall be securely sealed and shall be endorsed on the envelope with the statement "PROPOSAL FOR 2023 TOWN COURSE ROOF REPLACEMENT" and shall be on the Proposal Form included in the plans and specifications. All bids shall be accompanied by a performance bond and a payment bond, made payable to the City of Chaska and a responsible contractor certificate. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days from the date bids are opened. |
