Air Compressor/Cascade Fill Station (fixed)

Lowell Volunteer Fire Department INC. of 1331 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell Indiana is requesting sealed bid proposals for the purchase of a most recent and current, minimum NFPA compliant, Air Compressor/Cascade Fill Station (fixed) for the filling of 4,500 PSI SCBA air cylinders. The Lowell Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and to be the sole judge of suitability of the equipment or services for its intended use and further specifically reserve the right to make the award in the best interests of the fire department. All equipment or services listed in the bid documents and specifications are intended for a particular use by the fire department in which it is to be utilized and must meet the requirements of that particular division(s). Other factors to be considered in awarding the bid will be price, quality, compatibility, and time required to make delivery. Unless otherwise specified by the bidder, the Lowell Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to accept any item in the bid and to award items to one single provider. ll questions and clarifications due by October 10th, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. CST. Any bidder wanting to offer a demonstration, will need to be scheduled and completed before October 15th, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. EST. The anticipated award date and notification to the successful bidder is October 18th, 2022.
