VFD Replacement/Upgrade and Installation with New Control Panels

Contractor is responsible for the following: 1.1 Removal and disposal of two (2) existing 30 HP 480V 3ph, Sludge Blower VFD's and two (2) existing 40 HP-480V 3ph, Oxidation Ditch VFDs including control panels. I .2 Install two (2) new 30 HP -480V 3ph Sludge Blower Allen Bradley VFDs or approved by Septage Manager, equivalent other I .3 Install two (2) new 40 HP- 480V 3ph, Oxidation Ditch Allen Bradley VFDs or approved by Septage Manager, equivalent other. I .4 Install new Nema 12/4 control box panels with all the control components installed inside, with keypad and class J fuse block for all blowers. I .5 Attach new VFD's to existing wiring. See existing controls diagram for wiring interface. All enclosures must have a door interlock C.B. disconnect switch, and motor O.L. relay, 3 % independent line reactor, cover mounted lights, HOA switch, (No Bypass). Fuses CPT transformer. Interface with SCADA, wiring and alarms, programing, and startup
