Traffic Line Stripe Painting and Pavement Marking

As of March 9, 2023. Project has been awarded to D.E. Gemmill with the amount of $239,573.28 LOCATION OF WORK: various township roads as identified by Dover, Lower Windsor, Manchester, Newberry, Springettsbury, and Windsor Townships. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: As described below and on Supplemental Instructions to Bidders. o Apply painted double yellow center and single white edge line stripes o Apply painted white directional arrows for pavement markings o Apply painted white lines for cross walks, signal light stop bars, and railroad crossing markings o Apply single yellow center line o Contract for period of one (1) year from date of award (March 6, 2023) o Paint must meet PennDOT approved specifications For the following: Traffic Line Painting and Pavement Marking. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Bid for Line Painting". The municipalities reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Townships.
