| Description | The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for flower planting and maintenance at various designated locations throughout the city. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be return to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked SEALED BID VTBC#23-01 Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Bibbee between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a city business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. |
