RTU #1- Properly wire motor so wires are terminated properly in conduits. Furnish and install a new 5 HP VFD for return fan. Make repairs at flue piping on unit RTU #14- Furnish and install the following:[3] new condenser fan motors and blades, supply motor pulley, return motor pulley, all belts, [3] condenser fan contactors, [1] compressor contactor and [3] condenser fan motor fuses. Repair the 10” flue stack. Replace flue as needed. Furnish and install a new heat exchanger. Furnish and install a new circuit #1 compressor. Leak check and repair circuit#1. Replace relief valve on circuit#1. Charge circuit #1 with R22. RTU #15- Replace the heat exchanger. Furnish and install a new supply fan VFD. Leak check and repair circuit#1. Charge circuit #1 with 110# of R22. Furnish and install new relief valves, crankcase heaters and crankcase fuses. Grease up and repair supply dampers. Replace canvas connection at supply duct. Replace supply fan belts. Furnish and install new Belimo actuators for zone dampers on zone 3 and 4 RTU #16— Replace axial fans on frequency drives. Perform a tune up on the burner. Set to proper combustion RTU #17- Furnish and install [4] new Johnson temperature stats and sensors. Furnish and install [6] new time delay relays, pulleys and belts for supply and return fans, [2] gas valve actuators and [1] gas valve body and [1] Belimo actuator. Leak check and repair circuit#1. Charge circuit #1 with R22 RTU #18- Furnish and install a new compressor for circuit #1. Leak check and repair circuit #1 and charge with 110# of R22. Furnish and install a new compressor contactor for circuit#1. Replace oil safety switch for circuit #2. Furnish and install a new VFD for the supply fan. Replace the supply fan motor and belts. Furnish and install [2] new gas valve actuators and [1] gas valve body. RTU #20- Furnish and install both circuit#1 and circuit #2 compressors. Replace compressor fuses. Replace [2] relief valves, [2] gas valve actuators and valve bodies. Furnish and install a new supply fan VFD. Furnish and install a new inducer motor, ignition transformer and [2] Johnson A350 stats. Replace the heat exchanger. Furnish and install a new supply motor pulley and belts-
