Description

The vendor shall have the ability to count up to 10 intersections or pedestrian pathways concurrently. Upon notification of receiving a request from Traffic Management, the vendor shall fulfil the full count request within 30 calendar days unless a longer timeline is specified by Traffic Management with the count request. TMC and pedestrian pathway counts shall be collected by video and processed in 15 minute intervals by movement. Vehicle classification will be based on FHWA vehicle classification guidelines. The type of vehicle classification needed will be specified with each count request. The minimum count request will be 4 hours up to 24 hours in length.
