ILDOT - 062 - Scour Repair on SN 028-0040 Carrying IL 149 The proposed improvements are located on SN 028-0040 carrying IL 149 over Tilley Creek, 3.4 miles west of IL 34 in Franklin County, and SN 033-0016 over Bear Creek, 1.8 miles south of IL 14 in Hamilton County. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The proposed improvement consists of scour mitigation involving the installation of riprap at each structure from the face of abutment to face of abutment at each structure. Permanent sheet piling will also be installed on the NW and SE quadrants of SN 033-0016 to prevent further stream bank loss. The Contractor shall complete the work within 25 working days.
