Description

The project scope includes the phased installation of conex buildings for agri-tourism space and the new construction of a landscaping and nursery building on 82 acres on the northeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released. As of September 28, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning and large scale development plan approval from the City of Springdale Planning Commission.
