Description | After-hours Janitorial services at the San Clemente DMV Field Office. Term: 01/01/2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 12/30/2025. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid. The current contractor is Premier Property Preservation, LLC. The current cost is $2,100.00 per month. The estimated cost for this project is $101,592.00 (3-year term). |
