The Scope of Work for this project is listed below: The City of East Point, Georgia is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Providers for construction of sidewalks on Headland & Delowe Drive. This project consists of constructing the final phase of the Headland Drive and Delowe Drive sidewalks, pavement resurfacing, as well as improvements to the intersection and signal upgrades.
