| Description | The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and other items or services (except as stated herein) necessary to provide janitorial services at the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) facilities located in Narragansett, RI. The Contractor shall ensure that these services are performed in a manner that ensures the health and safety of Federal employees and members of the public; and, both the sanitary conditions and esthetic appearance of Federal buildings. Superior customer service and well-maintained facilities that present a clean, neat and professional appearance shall be furnished in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the contract. |
