| Description | The Immigration and Customs and Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for Solid Waste, Paper Shredding, and Recycling Removal Services at the DHS/ICE/Armory Operations Branch located at 320 E. Chestnut Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601. The contractor shall provide solid waste (to include trash, refuse, and garbage) and recyclable cardboard removal as follows: 1. Solid waste removal every Tuesday and Friday. 2. Empty the recycling container every Thursday. 3. Mobile Shredding Machine -Provide quarterly (once every three months) on Wednesday on the last full week of the quarter. The mobile shredding machine will be brought to the OFTP facility and an OFTP staff member will witness the contractor shredding the papers before they are brought off the premises. |
